Realised, I’ve not posted in a while. Fitness thing is going pretty well, I entered the 4 mile version of the race I entered last month, the results are here. I shall be entering this race next month. Erm a couple of new bits on the website, you may notice a new wiggle wish list link on home page, birthday soon, wink wink. And then there is this new gallery, of my setup in work.

Apart from the hondoorus trip next week nothing much to update.

Yesterday, Anthony and myself decided to do the taff trail, end to end. After a bit of a pollava finding the start in Brecon we were on our way. It was a miserable day, but went quite well despite the nasty early climb, and the lack of energy (Required a pits stop at a garage for some munchies), up untill the a point just outside Tescos in upperboat. Just to piss me off, the crank arm fell off my bike, and I failed to finish . I am going to slap fuck out of halfords when I get chance to visit them in the week.

So how did my first real race go, well it went well in a weird way, I accomplished 30 minutes solid of running, no walking. That said I did come close to the back of the pack. 3 Miles 30:03, the results are here, and a picture of me here.

Well I’ve not posted in a while, primarily because I was hoping for more replies to the post before and some playlists. And didn’t want to loose the post from the front page, and although I’ve had lots of people showing interest. Nobody has actually sat down and posted me a playlist, so I suppose I’d just like to request that people could do that no matter how obscure.

Fitness is going well althoguh Aims and I have had a chest infection over the last week or so, and as a result I’ve decided to take it a little bit easier this week. I want to make sure all the gremlins are out of my system before the race I have on Sunday (3k) and the race I have a week Friday (4 Miles) in Lisvane and Pontcanna respectfully.

Work is very hectic, and on that note I have to go chase a deadline; Have a nice Christmas!

Hello Dear readers, you may or may not have realised I have started to exercise and get healthy like a supergerbil, I am after some playlists for my new shiney 8gig ipod nano. I am after some playlists here in the comments. The structure should be as follows:

• Tracks should get the adrenaline pumping
• There should be 10 tracks
• Tracks should be as close as 3 minutes as humanly possible
• No two tracks in a playlist unless absolutely necessary
• As much variety as possible in a playlist.

I will try and use a playlist in each of my training sessions in the coming weeks and put the results here. Adrian thought I should offer a prize for this so I’ll just quote exactly what he said:

There seems to be a lot of negativity at the moment surrounding orange, first of course there was aims problem, and it seems shrink and commenters, have jumped ship to vodafone. I have also started to shift my like for what I thought for a long time was the best UK mobile phone provider. First there was the 9 months it took to switch my mobile contract to the company plan. My current problem is with the way they provide blackberry solutions.

I think the staff contract is up the end of this month, perhaps its time to make the jump to voda.

Today, I went out on the new bike to the Taff Trail, Halfords finally pulled their fingers out of their arses and got me my bike back. Was an awesome ride, it was pissing down with rain most of the way, and I was soked to the bone, but I had a big smile on my face. I took the car to Taffs Well, parked up rode to the end of the trail, went and had a look at the assembly as I hadn’t seen that in the flesh yet. Then I got on the train, back and drove home. The only bad part was waiting half hour for a train while beginning to get cold. I now have feeling again in my fingers and feet.

I also managed to sort out getting papers delivered yesterday, so this morning I had managed to get the papers read almost before aims had even got up .

Now to do some shopping on wiggle, maybe window again, who knows. Oh i forgot to mention, ant went out and bought himself a nice XC bike, which means we should be able to go out a lot. Here’s a piccie of his old bike in the back and his new in the front.
