Okay, so I’ve not been blogging much, of late, and lots has been happening. I finally managed to pluck up enough courage to go to my first Lug meeting recently. After lurking on the SWLUG mailing list for a long time, I decided it was about time I actually went and met some people.

I gave a few people a lift to make things easier, and to make sure I actually went, these people were Nermal and zx64. It went really well, telsa took me under her wing for the night. So yes, I’m really trying to move over completely to *nix now, who knows.

Last night AiMs and I, went out to swansea, and had food and a pint, with nermal, telsa, alan, justin, bron, gareth and dick.

Okay, so we did it, and I haven’t blogged about it (like a lot of things) but yes, as well as beeting them English swines, we won the Grand Slam, and they’ve got a DVD out to proove it, you can get your copy here .

Well as i’ve yet to blog from work, and it’s been ages since i picture blogged, i thought i’d oblige with a picture of my new desk ast work. So what have i been up to, well apart from trying to get my head round other peoples code, I’ve come to know and love smarty, even though i’ve meant to get round to using her for a long long time. Oh, and I’m slowly becoming a bit of a linux geek, I’m not quite there, but i am using linux as primary os 40% of the time.

Oh and big up to Mr Coopers and Miss Abbot, kid #2 popped out yesterday!!!!
