Training Playlist
Wednesday, May 23rd, 2007Hello Dear readers, you may or may not have realised I have started to exercise and get healthy like a supergerbil, I am after some playlists for my new shiney 8gig ipod nano. I am after some playlists here in the comments. The structure should be as follows:
- Tracks should get the adrenaline pumping
- There should be 10 tracks
- Tracks should be as close as 3 minutes as humanly possible
- No two tracks in a playlist unless absolutely necessary
- As much variety as possible in a playlist.
I will try and use a playlist in each of my training sessions in the coming weeks and put the results here. Adrian thought I should offer a prize for this so I’ll just quote exactly what he said:
