Taff Trail
Yesterday, Anthony and myself decided to do the taff trail, end to end. After a bit of a pollava finding the start in Brecon we were on our way. It was a miserable day, but went quite well despite the nasty early climb, and the lack of energy (Required a pits stop at a garage for some munchies), up untill the a point just outside Tescos in upperboat. Just to piss me off, the crank arm fell off my bike, and I failed to finish 
. I am going to slap fuck out of halfords when I get chance to visit them in the week.
